C Thibault Architect is a residential and commercial practice, providing architectural services in New York and New Jersey- from Hoboken and Jersey City to Manhattan and upstate New York. CTA collaborates with engineers, interior decorators, decorative painters and cabinet-makers as needed to realize the project design.

Carrow Thibault, Principal
As principal of C Thibault Architect, Carrow Thibault is closely involved with every step of the design process. A resident of Hoboken, NJ, for over 20 years, Carrow has taken an active role in community service. A founding board member and treasurer for The Elysian Charter School, one of the first charter schools to open in New Jersey, he helped to establish the school on a sound financial footing and provide advice on the school’s space needs. Carrow also volunteers for The Coalition for a Better Waterfront in Hoboken, a non-profit organization working to provide advocacy and planning guidance in redeveloping the city’s waterfront and serves on the board of the Hoboken Historical Museum.
Carrow is a registered architect in New Jersey and New York, accredited in sustainability design as a LEED AP, and a member of the American Institute of Architects; the AIA-NJ and the United States Green Building Council. He received a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University.
