Carriage House, Hoboken
A separate triplex unit behind an 1890s apartment building on Hoboken’s Washington Street was renovated to open up and brighten a bland 1980s remodel. Installing antique wide plank flooring and exposing an existing steel beam brought interest and tied the spaces together.
